Sponsored by the Offices of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Faculty Professional Development, New Faculty Orientation for all new permanent academic faculty took place on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 9am to 4:30pm. Breakfast will be available before the event, and there is a faculty reception immediately following.

Center for Teaching and Learning Workshops
Each August, the Center for Teaching and Learning hosts a Fall Teaching Kickoff event. This year's event on August 13, includes the syllabus clinic, a keynote on teaching with AI and breakout sessions on teaching with Canvas, small teaching, and addressing common teaching challenges.
