Call for Applications: Academic Year 2026-2027
The Office of Faculty Professional Development (OFPD) invites applications for two Faculty Well-Being Fellows from the academic and research faculty for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This pilot fellowship program will support faculty members interested in exploring, designing, and piloting initiatives that enhance faculty well-being at Georgia Tech. Fellows will spend the fall semester investigating an area of faculty well-being, reviewing evidence and promising practices, gathering insights from colleagues and campus partners, and identifying opportunities for impact. During the spring semester, fellows will develop and pilot an initiative, resource, program, or recommendation informed by their exploration.
Through this fellowship, OFPD seeks to cultivate faculty leadership around well-being while generating innovative ideas that contribute to Georgia Tech's strategic commitment to Cultivate Well-Being and help build a campus environment where faculty can thrive.
Each Fellow will have access a $2,000 fund to support project activities and professional development related to the fellowship.
