Once you have completed the workshops and coaching session, you will earn a certificate that can be reported in your annual review under the Professional Development requirement.
  2. Drawing on the completed worksheets, draft a reflection narrative that explores your development and understanding of yourself as a potential leader over the course of the workshops. What big questions did you begin to answer? What stood out to you or what self-awareness did you gain? How would you like to continue your professional development in the future, and what is your plan to do so? Once you submit the completed worksheets and reflection to Rebecca Pope-Ruark in one combined PDF file via email, you will earn a certificate that can be reported in your annual review under the Professional Development requirement.
